Bio
Fred Reeves Jr., 90, of DeQuincy, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. Fred was born to his late parents, Fred Sr. and Susan Reeves on August 28, 1931 in DeQuincy, LA. He enjoyed hunting and working in his workshop, where he did a lot of woodwork. Fred loved gardening and being outdoors in general. He also enjoyed spending time on his back porch enjoying the beautiful weather. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Reeves of DeQuincy; grandchildren, Nikki Reeves and Caleb Reeves; daughter-in-law, Tina Reeves; along with several nieces and nephews. Fred is preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Audrey Reeves; son, Randy Reeves; along with four sisters, Velma Cole, Evon Parker, Billie Kite, and Arlene Reeves. A private family service and committal will take place at a later date at Perkins Cemetery.
