Bio
William "Billy" Dean Slovak, Age 50, of Telico about 7 miles outside of Ennis Texas, went to be with the Lord August 6th of 2022. He was born April 16th 1972, son to Louise and Victor Slovak, the caboose to his 6 older siblings. He graduated Ennis High School in 1991 and went on to be a volunteer firefighter and EMT in his hometown of Ennis, he later went on to work and retire from working with Ellis County Pct. 2 after 17 years of service, all while pursuing his passion of working on cars every chance he got. Billy was thankful for everything everyone ever did for him up to his last breath and always the first to apologize whenever he ever butted heads with anyone. He was resilient and a hard worker and never let anything stop him from getting what he wanted. He believed in the simpler things in life and enjoyed sitting on his back porch enjoying the sounds of nature and the various animals that would scurry through his yard. He is survived by his 3 children, Daughter Hayley Langley and Husband Kevilynn, Daughter Hanna Slovak and Boyfriend Clayton Ivy, and Son Billy Lane Slovak, Mother Louise Slovak, Brother Danny Slovak, Brother Victor Slovak and Wife Kim, Brother Patrick Slovak and Wife Debbie, Brother Sammy Slovak, and Sister Louise Dickerson along with nieces and nephews. He will be joining his dad Victor Slovak, Brother Steven Slovak and sister-in-law Pat Slovak in Heaven. A visitation and rosary was held at Boze Mitchell McKibbin funeral home. Funeral and Burial handled by Boze Mitchell McKibbin Funeral Home with a gravesite Service at the Telico Cemetery.
