Bio

Funeral services for Ino J. Vaclavick were held Nov. 14 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing with Father Jerome Stryk officiating. Vaclavick, the son of Rudolph and Albina Malek Vaclavick, was born July 27, 1914 at East Bernard. He died Nov. 12 at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home. He was a lifelong resident of this area, was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and was a World War II Army veteran. Rosary was held Nov. 14 at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Survivors include two sisters, Annie Holcak of Victoria and Julia Kosarek of Point Comfort; and two nieces, Mary Ann Sundin of Lolita and Frances Gaine of Seadrift.
