Susan (Wood) Chambers 1827-1854, wife of Barzillai J. Chambers, whom she married 7-14-1853. Mr. Chambers became the Father of Cleburne, TX, buried in Cleburne. He remarried, and his second wife died, also. He married again and had three children by that marriage. Susan Wood Chambers was the daughter of James B. Wood (1794-1856) and Elizabeth Wood (1801-1884). She was the sister of Elizabeth O. (Wood) Smyth (1835-1911), Abel Willis Wood 1831-1900), Christopher Henry Fleming Wood, (1837-1904), Martha Wood b. 1829.
