Bio
Our sweet momma passed away on July 28, 2022 from Alzheimer's disease. Born February 21, 1946 to Anton and Antonia Hulinksy in Ogallala, Nebraska. Married Les Forney on August 5, 1972. Jean was a dedicated medical assistant for many years, and enjoyed working in the health care field. Mom loved traveling, square dancing and spending time with the grandbabies. She is survived by Les Forney, children Roger Forney (Kathy), Toni Forney, Teresa Czlapinski (Martin), and Lester Forney (Joan), siblings Rudy Hulinsky, Toni Elmer (Kenny), Delores Sperling, and sisters-in-law Erma Hulinsky, Alice Hulinsky and Nancy Hulinsky. Preceded in death by parents, son Leif Forney, daughter-in-law Shalon Forney, siblings Laddie Hulinsky, Marylou Oliverus, Ernie Hulinsky, Rose Brown, and Leroy Hulinsky. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Summit Senior Living Memory Care in Kearns for all your work and care of our mom. Services will be on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3610 S. 4400 W., West Valley City. Viewing at 11:00 am Service at 12:00 pm Graveside at 2:00 pm Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 E. 1300 S., Salt Lake City.
