OPAL GRAY OBITUARY Gray, Opal E. Tecumseh, MI (Formerly of Ypsilanti) Age 85, passed away suddenly at home Tuesday, December 9, 2003. She was born June 18, 1918 in Tuckerman, AR, the daughter of John and Celia (Ford) Sexton. On December 18, 1935, she married Beltron Gray in New Madrid, MO and he survives. She was a loving wife, mother and housewife and she loved to quilt. In addition to her husband of 68 years, other survivors include a daughter, Mary (Charlie) Steiner of Tecumseh; three sons, Gene (Judy) of NC, John (Carol) of Pinckney and Ron (Gladys) of Milan; six grandchildren, Kristen, Brian, Karen,Kimberly, John II and Ryan; five great grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Hailey, John and Reese; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Steven, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral service 1:30pm Friday, December 12 at STARK FUNERAL SERVICE Moore Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Washtenong Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to Arbor Hospice.
