Daniel Aaron Johnson January 26, 1966 - July 18, 2022 Memorial services for Mr. Daniel Aaron Johnson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Freedom Baptist Church, Plainview, with Reverend Jeff James officiating, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. Mr. Johnson, 56, of Pitkin, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, July 18, 2022, in his residence. Daniel was a loving father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering and motorcycles. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, George Thomas Johnson. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include one son, Joshua Corey Johnson of Rockford, Illinois; one stepson, Nicholas Dimitt of Rockford, Illinios; one stepdaughter, Samantha Giles of Oakdale; his mother, Bonita Doyal of Ten Mile; three brothers, David Johnson, and wife, Lisa of DeRidder, Darryl Johnson, and wife, Monica of Duson, and Donald Johnson, and wife, Alyssa of DeRidder; one half-brother, Beau Johnson, and wife, Amy of Florine; one step brother, William Miller, and wife, Ann of Abbeville; and one grandson, Cash Johnson. A time of visitation will be held at Freedom Baptist Church, Plainview, on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. until time of service. www.rushfh.com.
