Bio

Son of William Richard Byrd and Ida Butzke Byrd (1 Nov 1888 - 10 Feb 1915), who were married 24 Mar 1906 in Waller County, Texas. He was a welder with Stewart & Stephenson. His WWII draft registration record shows he was born in Easterly, Robertson. Texas, but his birth certificate shows place of birth as Franklin, Robertson, Texas.
