Son of Harold and Viola (Brandl) Wieser Brother Larry Wieser Sister Sally (Wieser) Behle Married to Michelle George Children: Angie Wieser Erks Matthew Wieser Nicholas Wieser Grandchildren: Kane Wieser Amara Step Son (daughter-in-law) Robert Michael "Mike" Cummins and Jennifer (Eilts) Cummins ∼ Richard H. Wieser, 76 of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on June 6, 2025. He was born on December 2, 1948, in Omaha, Nebraska to Harold and Viola Wieser. Rich attended Humphrey St. Mary and Humphrey High, graduating in 1967. He graduated from Southeast Community College, going on to work for the State of Nebraska. Rich retired from Metromail/Experian Corporation in 2013. Rich was an avid golfer, bowler and fan of the Green Bay Packers and Lincoln Stars. Rich was preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry Wieser, sister-in-law Karen Wieser and niece Pam Paczosa. Rich is survived by spouse Michelle George, sister Sally Behle, children Angela (Jeff) Erks, Matt Wieser, Nick Wieser, grandchildren Kane Bower-Wieser, Amarra Bower, and step-son Mike (Jenn) Cummins and many nieces and nephews. Visitation with family present will be from 6 pm to 7:30 pm on Wednesday, June 11 at the funeral home. The funeral service will be at 11 am on Thursday, June 12 at the funeral home followed by graveside service at Lincoln Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life to follow at Down The Hatch, 5601 North 1st St, starting at around 1:30 pm. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
