Billie Ruth Mullinax "Granny" Saturday, March 6th, 1943 - Sunday, May 29th, 2022 Billie Ruth Mullinax passed away on May 29, 2022, in Denison, Texas at the age of seventy-nine. She was born on March 6, 1943, in Dallas, Texas to parents Ben and Ruby Huffman. Billie or as everyone called her Granny loved her family, but her grandchildren were known to be the light of her world. Granny would look forward to the summers where she could take her grandchildren on fun and exciting trips. She had lots of hobbies some of which included: playing bingo, going to garage sales, and her trips to the casinos. Above all granny will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and granny. Billie is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Edward Mullinax, mother, Ruby Huffman, father, Ben Huffman, brother, Howard Huffman, and sister, Melba Mezger. Left to cherish her memory is her, daughter Kim Gillig and husband Wayne, son Martin Mullinax and wife Becky, daughter Karoline Silvus, grandchildren: David King and wife Katy, Matthew King, Demonica Cook and husband Chad, Amanda Mullinax, Tiffany Mehiar and husband Aaron, Emma Silvus, Bailey Silvus, great grandchildren: Drake, Kiley, Ruby, Mason and Parker King, Hala, Ala Mehiar, McKinzie Cook, sister, Mary Price, brother, Elton Huffman, brother, Gary Huffman, as well as numerous other family and friends who will miss Bille greatly. Family will receive friends from 5:00p.m. thru 7:00p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.
