Patsy Smith Grubbs SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Patsy Smith Grubbs, 58, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, July 5, 2002 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Clarence Chism. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery, Menwether Rd. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time Friday. Mrs. Grubbs was born in Jasper, TX and passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2002 in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Moose Lodge 2239. She is survived by her husband, Harold Grubbs; mother, Edna Hunter; father, John Smith; children, Robby Leon Grubbs and Tracy Grubbs and wife, Timberly and sisters, Betty Daily and Margie Waller.
