Bio
He was a father, husband, son, brother and friend to many. He his survived by his two children, the mother of his children, his mother, his brother, and his sister, all of Richmond. He leaves seven nieces and nephews. Bill was a graduate of Douglas Freeman High School and Virginia Commonwealth University.
