Bio

Son of John Nepomuk Stejskal and Anna Valenta. He married Dorothea Toman 17 Feb 1828 in Manesovice, Jihocesky, Czech Republic. Eight children were born to this union: Franziska, Frantisek, George, Maria, John, Victoria, Anna and Anton. John and Anton both immigrated to the United States. John settling first in Franklin, Butler County, Nebraska and then to Atkinson, Holt, Nebraska where he lived until his death. Anton settled in Chester, Saunders County, Nebraska.
