Bio

SN US Navy Korea February 18, 1934 — April 29, 2022 Lee Roy Elolf was born on February 18, 1934 in Waskom, Texas and sadly passed away on April 29, 2022. He is preceded in death by his Father, Albert Elolf - Mother, Annie Calhoun Elolf and Son, Michael Elolf. Left to cherish his memory are his brother and his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. His professional careers started out in the U.S. Navy where he served in the Korean War and continued as a Peace Officer. He also worked for the Sheet Metal Union as well as retiring from H-E-B Construction in 2003. Lee Roy had a passion for riding motorcycles and could be found dutifully every Sunday watching his favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys. In Celebration of Lee Roy's Life we invite you to join us in wearing navy blue to his burial service at Ft. Sam Houston on May 17, 2022 at 10:15 AM (Shelter No. 2) Our loving Brother, Father, Grandpa, Uncle and friend will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank you for all of condolences, prayers, flowers and mostly your love and support during this difficult time.
