Mr. Steve "Pops" Burgett September 16, 1951 - March 27, 2022 Steve "Pops" Burgett, age 70 was a native and a resident of Robertsdale, Alabama. He passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022. Mr. Burgett enjoyed fishing and Mopar Cars. He was an Alabama Crimson Tide fan and a hardworking man who was dedicated to his work. He was also a family man who loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Vee and Mrs. Elsie Burgett, brothers, Bobby Burgett, Ray Burgett, J.M. Burgett and Wayne Burgett. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Burgett, two children, Stevie (Shelley) Burgett, Sissy Ellison (James Davis), brother, Daryel Burgett, three grandchildren, Skyler White, Jonathan Ellison, Lauren Burgett, three great grandchildren, Jayden White, Camden Webster and Lizzy Beth Ellison. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Sullivan officiating. A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Baldwin Memorial Cemetery, Robertsdale, Alabama.
