Transcription of Obituary from The Bryan Daily Eagle, Wed., 16 Aug., 1978 Mr. Bullock Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Emory Bullock, Sr., 71, of College Station are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday in the Callaway-Jones Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Steep Hollow Cemetery. Mr. Bullock died Tuesday from injuries he recieved in an automoble acccident. He was born Sept. 2, 1906, in Brazos county. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and a veteran of WWII. He retired from Texas A&M in 1971 after serving 31 years in various departments. He also worked with the police and fire departments of both Bryan and College Station. Survivors include his wife, Merle Bullock; his son, Curtis E. Bullock, Jr. of Arlington; three brothers, Sam Bullock of Bryan, Horace Bullock of College Station, and Edgar Bullock of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Smith, Mrs. John RT. Smith and Mrs. H. L. Boring, all of Bryan; and three grandchildren,.
