Bio

Charity was born to Gilford and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor Center. When she was around 3 years old her mother died and she was sent to live with Gilfords son by his first marriage, Mark and his wife Nancy Miller Allen Center. She married Thomas S. Parrish on January 3, 1906 in Blackburn, Washington County, Arkansas. To them were born seven children. One baby boy died as an infant.
