Bio

Francis Marion Alldredge was the son of John Alldredge & Mary Jane Robinson and the brother of Katherine Alldredge, Parish Alldredge, Elvira Alldredge, Andrew Jackson Alldredge, Parthenia Alldredge and Ovilla Alldredge. He married Mary Ann Randolph on Dec. 10, 1856 in Posey Co., In. They had seven children: Joseph Lane Alldredge, Edward Alldredge, Barney Alldredge, Cordelia Ann Alldredge, Julia B. Alldredge, Luella Alldredge and Abalene Alldredge. After Mary Ann's death, he married Martha Hammond Shryock. She had a daughter, America Shryock. Francis and Martha had four daughters: Ora Alldredge, Molly Alldredge, Mary E. Alldredge and Katherine Alldredge.
