Billy Douglas Meadors, 64, passed away September 10, 2019 in Houston, Texas. He was born in Houston on July 12, 1955 to parents Billy Gene and Arlie June Meadors. Billy enjoyed watching race-cars and was a big NASCAR fan. He loved his children and grandchildren and was a dedicated father and grandfather to them. Billy will also be remembered for his sense of humor and lightheartedness. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Carol Waltman.
