Kathleen "Kathy" Forbes 1952 - 2022 Kathleen Forbes, 69, died March 6, 2022, in Provo, Utah, after a short illness. She was born March 9, 1952, in American Fork, Utah, to William Homer "Bill" & Maxine Richins Forbes. She attended schools in Pleasant Grove and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. Kathy's family was her world. She loved her visits with her brothers and their families and had very close relationships with several of her nieces and nephews. Kathy has been taken care of by her only daughter, Jamie Forbes, for the last several years of her life and will be missed by her very much. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie, of Pleasant Grove; two brothers: Dan (Carla) Forbes, of Santaquin; Kim (Lyssa) Forbes, of Orem, Utah; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Paul and Shane Forbes; and a nephew, Lance Forbes.
