Ramona Hall Fowler February 11, 1937 ~ February 11, 2022 Ramona Fowler was born February 11, 1937 in Terrell, Texas to Charles and Helen Hall. He passed away February 11, 2022. She worked for Texas Instrument for many years and that is where she met the love of her life, Bobby "Frank"Fowler. They were married for 42 years when he passed in February 2013. Ramona was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Mesquite Texas for many years and even though she was unable to attend the last couple years due to Covid and then due to her declining health, she kept in contact and prayed with her church family daily. Preceded in death by her husband Frank, her parents, her 3 brothers Richard, David and Ronnie Hall, 3 grand children and one great grand child. Services will be held February 21, 2022 at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas Texas...RFH
