Pinellas Park --- Cecil H. Stepp, 45, of 8469 25th Way N., died Sunday. A native of Rossmore, W.Va., he came here 11 years ago from Omaha, Neb. He was a hospital laundry manager and a Metholdist. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Jean M. Stepp; two brothers, Robert Stepp, Denver, Colo.; Jim Stepp, Clarksburg, W.Va., and two sisters Mrs. Eluane Short, Logan, W.Va., and Mrs. Juanita Barrs, Man, W.Va.
