Wife of A1C Rex Eldon Kennedy US Air Force Joyce Elaine Kennedy, 82, passed away on January 22, 2022. She was born on August 20, 1939 in Canyon, Texas, to Thom and Opal Newton. Joyce was a longstanding member of Bandina Church of Christ and a member of Eastern Star in Kerrville, Medina, and Bandera. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thom and Opal Newton; husband of 64 years, Rex Kennedy; brother, Jerry Newton, and sister, Noreen. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
