Irene Melton Rugg Aug. 5, 1940 - Jan. 15, 2022 Irene passed away Jan. 15, 2022. She had brain cancer. She is survived by her husband, Bill Rugg and his children, Brad and Lori, Brian, Christine and Joe, Tim and Llona, Jason and Darla and Melissa. Irene is also survived by her children, Tim and Marie, Kelli and Harry, Todd and Tracy; and numerous grandchildren. Irene was a retired medical transcriptionist for Kaiser. Irene was preceded in death by Olen Melton and Kris Melton.
