January 12, 2000 Allie C. Slaydon DERIDDER - Services for Allie Calcote Slaydon will be at 10 a.m. today in Trinity Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Kennis Smith officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Core Cemetery in Gray, Texas, under direction of Hixson, DeRidder. Mrs. Slaydon, 73, of DeRidder died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, in Beauregard Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Rosepine and a lifelong resident of the Beauregard-Vernon Parish area. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and a retired beautician. Survivors include one son, Ross Whitaker of DeRidder; one daughter, Elaine Johnson of Tennessee; one brother, D.E. Calcote of Philmoth, Ore.; three sisters, Addis Hickman and Betty Sharp, both of DeRidder, and Pat Hester of Waller, Texas; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of services today in the church.
