Opal M. Holderfield Sallis Howlett, 82, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2005. She is survived by six children, Anna Jean Yonker, Albert (Richard) Sallis, Jr., Patricia Ruth White, Robert Wayne Sallis, Vicki Howlett and Tommy Howlett; sister, Billie Jean Lassiter; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Will and Minnie Holderfield, daughter, Rose Vowell, husband, Tom Howlett, two brothers, Buddy Holderfield and Brother Paul Holderfield, Sr. and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday at Friendly Chapel Church of Nazarene, 116 S. Pine Street, North Little Rock. Family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday at the Church.
