Bio
Terry served in the US Navy from October 1963 to November 14, 1969. During that time, he served 3 tours in Vietnam. He received the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Metal. Terry will be remembered as a loving brother to three siblings*, husband, father, and grandfather. A Memorial service will be held at the Gage Community Center. Terry lived in Gage, OK at the time of passing. Terry Eugene Blaise was born on October 14, 1946 to Fred and Dorothy (Orton) Blaise in Moberly, Missouri. He had 2 Brothers , Ardell and Richard, and a sister Adnna Blaise Lewis. Terry served in the US Navy from October 1963 to November 14, 1969. During that time, he served 3 tours in Vietnam. He received the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Metal. His working career started at the tender age of 9 and he worked hard his whole life. After the service he moved several places including Iowa, Wyoming, and Missouri. He lived in Sand Diego, CA. for 15 years managing an apartment complex, settling in Gage, OK. He also worked for Quaker Oats, Pizza Hut and his last job was working at Shattuck Nursing Center as a dishwasher. He had a heart attack and finally retired at 74. He loved Football, the Outdoors and riding his motorcycle, He was always fixing or building something He was the Father of 12 children and had multiple Grandchildren. At the time of his death, he lived with wife Patricia, In Gage Oklahoma. Terry passed away on March 16, 2021 at Newman Memorial Hospital in Shattuck, OK * Terry's siblings may have predeceased him.
