Wilda Mae Daniels April 23, 1932 - January 3, 2022 Rader Funeral Home On January 3, 2022, at 5:58am our dear Mother Wilda Mae Daniels passed from this life to her heavenly home. She was 89 years and 9 months. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, at Rader Funeral Home in Longview with a visitation time at 1:00 PM prior to the service. Graveside services will follow at Rosewood Park Cemetery. Wilda Mae Daniels was born April 23, 1932, in Wood County Texas, to Francis Albert and Ila Mae Harper. She was the oldest of four children. Wilda married our dad Carroll Leonard Daniels on April 30, 1949 in Hawkins and they enjoyed many happy years together until his passing in 2015. She was a gifted seamstress, had a green thumb and loved gardening and taking care of our dad. Wilda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carroll, and one son Paul Allen. Those left to cherish her memory are her 3 children Marty Daniels and wife Terry, Barbara McMicheal and husband Ernest and Jo Ann Polenz and husband Robert. A brother Jimmy Harper, sister-in-law Shirley Harper, her 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Calvary Tabernacle in Longview was her home church since 1966.
