Bio

Harvey grew up farming and worked for Herman Heep Ranch for 10 years. He worked for the Texas Highway Department as an asphalt foreman for 25 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his wife Leona; daughter Annie Lavellie Strandle and son Morris Dwaine New. He is survived by sons, Mark, Travis and Rick New and daughter Sharon Williams, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
