Thelbert Stephens, age 73, of Cabot, Ark,. passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. He was born on January 11, 1948. He was predeceased by his parents, Herbert Stephens and Ruby Waggle Phillips; and his siblings, Bertha Tucker, William and Wayne Stephens. He is survived by his wife Carol Stephens; his children, Belinda Ballard (Billy) and Steven Stephens; his grandchildren, Bethany Youngblood (Lance), Brittany Wooding (Jeff), Alyssa Miller and Sascha Avery; his great grandchildren, Clay, Maddie, Remi, Katie, Bella, Cassie and Garrett; and his siblings, Frank Stephens (Sue), Arther Stephens (Suzie), Brenda Stephens, Robert Stephens, Glenda Light (Arnold) and James Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at A Natural State Funeral State Funeral Home, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. 72076. Funeral service will be on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Mountain Springs Cemetery in Cabot, Ark.
