Private memorial services will be held by her family. Arrangements are under the direction of McWhorter Funeral Home. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Brett Simpson and his wife, Angie; grandchildren, Tristi Buchanan, Tamra Medrano, Ashley Simpson, and Travis Simpson; four great grandchildren; sisters, Gwen Prothro, and Vicki Henson and her husband, Rod. She is preceded in death by her son, Paul Simpson; her parents, Dan and Sally Evans; and her brother, Danny Evans.
