Bio

She was a longtime member of St. John's Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry L Minchew and Etta McDonald Minchew; husband of 60 years, Frank Hammonds; and siblings, Maybelle Minchew Singleton, Charles Gabriel Minchew, James Howard Minchew, and Ernest Mason Minchew. Surviving are her children, Gloria Mashon, Judy Barbay (Glenn), Mark Hammonds (Mary Jo) and Dale Hammonds (Janet); siblings, Caylop Minchew and Henry Hartward Minchew; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
