Following cremation burial of ashes will be in the Ft. McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell, Nebraska. Olive M. Grimm, the daughter of Alfred and Marie (Kleven) Olsen, was born in New York City, New York, on January 27, 1922, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on September 21, 1994, at the age of 72 years, 7 months, and 24 days. She graduated from the Evander Childs High School, and then worked for Great Bear Water Bottling Company. On August 12, 1945, she was married to Donald F. Selander at the Salem Lutheran Church at St. Edward, Nebraska. They farmed for 21 years, and he preceded her in death on January 11, 1966. On April 9, 1968, she married Donald Grimm. They traveled for several years before settling in Forsyth, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 20, 1991. Following his death she moved to Aurora, to be near her daughter. "Ollie" was involved in Eastern Star, Young at Heart Extension Club, Women's Auxiliary and taught Sunday School in the Newman Grove community. She enjoyed baking, sewing, crocheting, traveling and being with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and 3 brothers. Those who remain to cherish her memory are, 2 sons, Alan Selander of Lilburn, Georgia, and Don Grimm of Las Vegas, Nevada; 3 daughters, Mrs. Monty (Jeanne) Maw, of Aurora, Mrs. Wes (Linda) Reeves, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Joe (Gail) Lobato, of Bloomfield, New Mexico; 10 grandchildren and one great grand daughter, and one sister-in-law Jean Olsen of Tucson, Arizona.
