Married to Arthur Thomas Staley October 9, 1955-July 5, 1978(3) Children Patsy Ruth Morgan, 79, of Wichita Falls, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020. Public viewing will be held from 8 until 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2020 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. The family will receive friends immediately following the service until 5:30 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. A daughter of the late James Clyde Baxter and Annie Elizabeth Pendergrass Baxter, Patsy was born on August 4, 1940 in Cleburne, Texas. She retired from the medical field after many years, and served as a Pastor for numerous years. She was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church of God. Patsy enjoyed reading, playing cards and domino's, and loved listening to gospel music and having Bible studies with her friends. She was a devoted Christian and faithful prayer warrior who loved her family dearly. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Nuble Morgan; her brother, Bobby Gene Baxter; two sons and two daughters, Arthur James Staley, Patsy Laverne Leonard, Terry Thomas Staley, and Theresa Kay Staley; and her granddaughter, Serena Marie Staley. She is survived by her daughters, Eva Evans and husband Arthur, and Thelma Brown and husband Deland; her son, Jimmy Ray Staley and wife Tammy; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
