Bio

Joe Blazek passed away at his home near Rogers on April 14, 1963 at the age of 74. Funeral services were held on April 16, 1963 at 2 PM at the Seaton Brethren Church, with Rev. F.J. Kostohryz conducting the services. Burial was in the Seaton Cemetery. Brother Blazek was born in Williamson County, July 27, 1888. He farmed near Rogers, Texas, for over 50 years. He was a member of Lodge No. 47 for 52 years. Survivors are his wife, one son, Joe Blazek, Jr., of Temple; three brothers, Louis, Paul, and Tom Blazek, all of Whitesboro, Texas, and a number of nieces and nephews.
