Bio

Gary Lynn Milligan, 64, of Kemp, TX passed away on October 8, 2021 in Tyler. Gary was born on August 8, 2021 to Jess and Velma Milligan in Florence, AZ. Born in Arizona, he grew up in the Kaufman area. Throughout his life he worked on a farm, as a mechanic and did some landscaping for several years. Gary would go hunting and fishing when he could, but enjoyed taking care of his dog "Janette" the most. He was a beloved Brother and Uncle. His parents and brother Kenneth Milligan preceded him in death. Those left to cherish his memory include sister Sharon Davis, niece Laura Wiggin and husband Andrew, nephew Mark Galasgow and wife Lindsay, a great nephew Cody Milligan, who Gary lived with for a longtime, and wife Maurissa; numerous other great nieces and nephews and 2 great great nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
