Thanks to Cynthia Duris Hirst FAG #48592204 for Obit The Lincoln Journal Star newspaper, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, USA. Friday, October 6, 1922, Page 16. Volmer—Sophia Vollmer, seventy-two years old, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Conradt, 1202 Elm street at 1 o’clock this morning. She is survived by two sons, Fred and John of Overton, Neb.; two w[d]aughters, Mrs. John Conradt of Lincoln, and Mrs. William Hubbard of Overton, and a brother, John Slaughter of Indianapolis, Ind. The body is being held at the Splain & Schnell chapel, pending funeral arrangements.
