Bio
Viola Mae Konesheck, 83, was born on June 2, 1928 at Peters Community, Texas to parents, William Loehr and Mary Ognaskie Loehr. She was raised at Peters Community and attended Peters-Hacienda and Sealy Public Schools. Miss Viola Mae Loehr married Walter Konesheck on June 9, 1946. She was a homemaker and also worked at several different jobs during her life, at the Sealy Lumber Yard, the phone company, the Tea Room and also had a Chronicle paper route. Viola was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sealy and she loved to cook and bake. Mrs. Konesheck passed away December 12, 2011 in Sealy. Survivors include her sisters, Earline Norrell of Clute, Dorothy Smith of Webster, and friend, Kelly Van Dries of Sealy. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Loehr; husband, Walter Konesheck; and brother, Leroy Loehr. Graveside services 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 15, 2011, at the Sealy Cemetery, with Rev. Kevin Everett officiating. Knesek Funeral Home in Sealy in charge of arrangements. www.knesekfuneralhome.com.
