"Richard (Dick) L. Larson, 71, of Gladstone, MO, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2004, at home. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 8, 2004, 1 p.m., at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5409 N.W. 72nd St., Kansas City, MO. Dick was born February 15, 1933, in Newman Grove, NE. He worked 36 years for various railroads in Minneapolis, St Joseph, Kansas City, Omaha and Denver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Casper and Minnie Larson; sisters, LaRue Hilvety and Lois Elaine Larson; brother, Dale; and nephew, Duane Goodman. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, LaDonna (Donna) Larson of the home; son Douglas of Gladstone, MO; daughter, Debra of Kansas City, MO; sisters, Dorothy Goodman and JaNahn Eng of Newman Grove, NE; brothers, James of Des Moines, IA and Robert of Everett, WA."
