Betty Jo James Presley, 71, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, September 3, 2021. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of fifty-three years, Stephen Presley of DeRidder, LA; son, Russell Presley and Melissa of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Stephanie Presley, DeeDee Phelps and Brad, Brandie Johnson and Michael, all of DeRidder, LA, Lanie Johnson and James W., of Rosepine, LA; brothers, Larry James of Conroe, TX, Rusty James and Mary of Rosepine, LA, Harold James and Cassie of Rosepine, LA, Glen James and Debbie of Rosepine, LA; sister, Rosie Blankenbaker and John of Rosepine, LA; eighteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Clay Harbison; great granddaughter, Rilynn Harbison; parents, Russell and Nona Mae James; sister, Merle West; brother-law, Lee West; sister-in-law, Sue James; son-in-law, Steve Harbison.
