Former County Judge Wallace Reed who died here Friday. Services were conducted Monday afternoon at the Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church with Masonic graveside Rites and burial at Hall Cemetery. Reed served as county judge here from 1956 through 1960. "Judge" Wallace Reed, 84, of Van Buren, died Friday at the Van Buren hospital. He was Crawford County judge from 1956 through 1960, a foreman of highway maintenance for both the county and the state, retired from the Arkansas Weight division in 1967, a member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church. Uniontown Masonic Lodge and Western Arkansas Consistory. He leaves his wife; two foster daughters; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were pending at Ocker Funeral Home.
