son of Billy Gene Howard and Ada Marie McCracken Howard ∼ Memorial services for Billy Gene Howard, Jr. of Elkhart, Texas will be at Bailey & Foster Chapel with Rev. Carmen Rickel officiating. He was born to Billy Gene Howard, Sr. and Ada Marie McCracken Howard. He was a retired accountant and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Elkhart. Mr. Howard was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son, Chris Howard and wife Sascha of Belton and two grandchildren, Ashley Howard and Allison Mosley.
