Michael Anthony Haidusek Sr., 61, of Fort Worth, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021. Michael was born November 29, 1959 in Fort Worth to Henrietta Hykel Haidusek and Alois Haidusek. he worked as a crew leader for the City of Keller. He is survived by three sons, Michael Anthony Haidusek Jr., Chester Haidusek (Chelsie); and Nathan Haidusek; his soulmate, Cheryl Haidusek; five grandchildren, Kennedie Haidusek, Layla Haidusek, London Haidusek, Grayson Cummings, and Natalie Cummings; four siblings, Kenneth Haidusek (Barbara), Bernice Crocker (Mark), Edward Haidusek (June), and Deborah Phifer (Don); and his aunt Molly Reed, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
