Harvey Mundy, 72, of Petersburg, IL., passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.. He was born on December 10, 1948, in Kyoto, Japan. Harvey served our grateful nation in the Vietnam War. He loved watching television shows such as Street Outlaws and Property Brothers. He also loved his cat, Doc. Harvey is survived by his daughter, Sam Mundy, of Springfield, Illinois; his son, Cody Mundy, of Springfield, Illinois; three brothers, Eric Norton, Rick Mundy and James Sergerson; and three sisters, Jody Mundy, Shelia Stone and Billy Carpenter. Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, Tamera (Boggs) Mundy; and two brothers, Bruce Mundy and Mike Mundy. Memorial contributions may be made to Harvey's family to help with final expenses.
