Michael "Mike" Kenneth Jupe, 64, of Adkins, went to his final rest on Monday, August 9, 2021. He was born January 20, 1957, in San Antonio to the late William and Tillie Snokhous Jupe. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Billy Jupe, and Charlie Jupe. Mike is survived by his loving companion, Pauline Osborn; sons, Aaron Jupe (Jessica), and Jonathan Jupe; mother of his children, Cindy Jupe; siblings, Patrick Jupe (Pam), Patricia Moy (Mike); nieces, Janice Cobb, Jennifer Johnson-Krudwig (Keith), Andrea Jupe Franklin (Andrew), Amie Moore (Shawn), Priscilla Jupe (Ricky); nephews, Keith Jupe (Tina), Jason Jupe (Lauren), Brian Moy (Mary Rae), Patrick Jupe (Caroline); and numerous great nieces and nephews. Mike took over for his Father, William Jupe and became owner and operator of Jupe Trucking until he retired at the age of 62. After the passing of his mother Tillie in 2013, Mike was the glue that held the family together. Often, his family and friends would come to him for advice, comfort or just a laugh if they needed one. Mike loved fishing at Lake Mathis, hunting, bowling, gardening and farming. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be Friday, August 13, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Church in La Vernia with Father Le officiating.
