Bio

PARK CITY - Gladys Elizabeth Heriford operated the Grandview Rest Home in Roundup, retiring in 1966. She moved to Park City in 1973 and enjoyed sewing, gardening and her family. Mrs. Heriford, 80, died Friday in Stillwater Convalescent Center in Columbus of natural causes. She had lived in the home for two weeks. Born in Marvin, Kan., she was a daughter of John and Maude Wigton. Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Eva) Adolph of Roundup, Mrs. George (Ruth) Cebuhar of Laurel, Mrs. Bud (June) Passmore of Absarokee, Mrs. Phil (Dorothea) Wilson of Bay City, Texas and Mrs. L.P. (Lorraine) Cammack and Mrs. Louise LaBlanc both of Beaumont, Texas; a son, Edward Pelan of Roundup; four brothers; two sisters 23 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Smith Cashmore Chapel in Laurel with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Billings.
