CALCOTE, Andrew J. LCAP 6/27/1987 page 2 # 896 (Typed by Chrissy Breaux) Deridder Funeral services for Andrew J. Calcote, 79, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 28, in Hixon Funeral Home. The Revs. Alvie Bailey and John Vess will officiate. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery in Rospine. Mr. Calcote died at 10:35 p.m. Thursday in a local nursing home. He was a native of Rosepine and had lived all his live in DeRidder. He was retired from employment in maintenance at Fort Polk. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 3619 and DAV. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Hazel Calcote: three stepsons, Milton J. , Donald E. and Gerry Lynn Williams, All of DeRidder: one stepdaughter, Mrs. Carolyn Landry of DeRidder, nine step-grandchildren and one stepgreat-grandson.
