KIEFFERD MARLETTE DEAD Kiefferd Oren Marlette, 43, died at his home on Sunday. He was born on Jan. 15, 1901, in Moscow. He had been ill for several weeks. He was employed by Lane's A & K Market as a meat cutter and belonged to the Moose Lodge. He leaves his wife, Sylvia; his mother, Edith P. Davis; his father, E. D.Marlette, Whitebird; three daughters, Marlene and Kathleen at home; Mrs. Ruth Cleveland, San Francisco, Calif.; sons, Norman in the Navy; Creighton in the Navy overseas; two step-sons, Harland Lyon in the Army; and Kenneth Lyon in the Army; three grandchildren, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. D. C. Tribble, Moscow. Dr. W. W. Smith will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Short's Chapel. Lewiston Tribune Tuesday, December 19, 1944 pg. 7
