He was born 3 Feb 1928 in Cleveland OH, to George & Mary (Brown) Dietrich. A long time Andover resident, MrDietrich was formerly of RockCreek. MrDietrich was a Veteran having served in the US Navy. He was employed as a lineman for CEI, retiring in 1987. He was a member of the Andover Christian Church, formerly the Andover Church of Christ & a member of the Masonic Lodge. MrDietrich is survived by his son: Mark C Dietrich-Conneaut; his daughter: Lisa A Dietrich-Ashtabula; 4 step sons, Richard L Thompson-Dorset, Gary I Thompson & Ernest H Thompson-both Andover, & Arden L Whitt-Marion OH; a step daughter: Roberta A Huber-Bend OR & five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, MarilynM (Presley) Dietrich; second wife, AudreyR (May) Dietrich; a brother, Hollis Dietrich; & a sister, Barbara Lenart. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday morning 20 Feb 2006, at the Andover Christian Church, with Pastor Robert Gears officiating. Burial of MrDietrich's cremated remains will take place at the convenience of the family at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the church. Baumgardner Funeral Home-Andover is handling arrangements.
