Jodie Frank Dobecka, 81 of Holly Lake Ranch, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at his residence. Jodie was born March 9, 1940 to the late Steve Dobecka and Mary Kozlovsky. Jodie passed away peacefully with his wife at his side and surrounded by his children. He will be welcomed into heaven by his family that has gone on before him. Jodie is survived by his wife, Marie Dobecka; sons, Daniel Dobecka, David Dobecka "Sam Axson", and Jimmy Dobecka; daughters; Sallie Dobecka, and Melissa Chance; brother Eddie Dobecka; sister, Anna Slovacek; grandchildren, Samantha Butler and husband, Brian, Elizabeth Simpson, and husband, Kenny, Tina Cummings, Joseph Breeland, and Stephanie Boone and husband, Justin; and 16 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Mary Malone; sister, Betty Hines and her daughter; grandchild, Kimberly Chance; and great-grandchildren Alydia Murphree and Hayleigh Simpson.
